This family home on Bush Lake in Bloomington had remained largely unchanged since the 1960s. The renovation focused on enhancing its connection to the natural surroundings while improving functionality.

An extended deck stairs along with a small entry addition created an inviting facade and provided much-needed storage. The main level was reconfigured to include a powder room, an open-concept kitchen with dining, and a seamless flow into the living space. Windows and doors were updated and expanded to maximize lake views, creating a home that blends modern comfort with its scenic setting.
